Basic Network Care Program
This is our most common support solution, where
we provide your business with 24x7 proactive service monitoring for
the systems on your network (PC, Mac). We provided you
with antivirus and anti-spyware software. We process all
operating system updates & anti-virus/antispyware updates after
testing them internally, and we constantly monitor the healthy of
your systems. We are often able to predict system failures
before they occur, and fix the problems before work is interrupted
by hardware or other failure. Limited onsite support hours are
included.
You are provided with an on-line & email trouble-ticket support
portal as well as a shared help-desk that runs during our standard
business hours.
Monthly: $300/base + $250/server + $25/desktop

Total Network Care Program
This is our #1 support solution, where we
provide your business with dedicated 24x7x365 support for ALL of the
systems on your network (PC, Mac, Unix/Linux) as well as
unlimited support to work on your
systems and network. We set you up with your own 24x7
help-desk, handle all of your IT-related vendor issues that arise
(i.e. ISP, printer/copier connectivity), and provide
emergency/afterhours support for free!
Monthly: $300/base + $350/server + $55/desktop

Limited Network Care Program
This is our most common support solution, where
we provide your business with 24x7 proactive service monitoring for
the systems on your network (PC Only). We process all
operating system updates & anti-virus/antispyware updates. We
are often able to predict system failures before they occur, and we
alert you to ask if you want us to intervene and fix the problems
before work is interrupted. All supporting work is billed
hourly.
You are provided with an on-line & email trouble-ticket support
portal as well as a shared help-desk that runs during our standard
business hours.
Monthly: $100/base + $100/server + $15/desktop
